At Mayhem’s Boutique, all sales are final.

We’re a small business and each item is carefully curated — because of that, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

1. Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective (not due to customer use or shipping carrier issues), we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Chelsea.reisen@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

2. Shipping Damages

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.
