💬 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final.
We only replace items if they arrive defective (not caused by customer use or shipping issues). Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.


⏱️ What’s the turnaround time on orders?

  • Graphic Tees: Made-to-order with an ETA of up to 14 business days.

  • Preorder Leggings: Approximately 4–6 weeks for delivery after close date.

  • Bigger Custom Items (like blankets): These are handcrafted and may take 10–12 weeks to arrive.

All timelines are estimated and may vary slightly based on vendor schedules or shipping delays. We promise to keep you updated every step of the way!


📦 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.


📍 Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're local to Seqium, Washington, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready.


🛒 I missed a preorder — can I still get the item?

If the preorder is closed, we may have limited extras — drop us a message or follow us on social to catch future restocks or last call posts.
